Noble, Sophisticated, Pleasing...the long anticipated release of our Southern Cross Belgian Style Double Red Ale has arrived.  Previously only available in limited draught quantities, we are excited to announce that it is now available year round and in a 24oz. bottle.   Its hearty appearance, complex aroma and warming character make it a must-try.  As with our other beers, Southern Cross is named for a special occurance here in Hawai'i.  Since the southern sky lacks an easily visible pole star, the vertical axis of the Southern Cross is commonly used to mark south in the night sky. 

Pairings:  Heartier foods such as pork, duck, game, dark chocolate and by itself!
